Neurosexual describes when one's sexuality is in some way linked to one's neurodivergence, mental illness, or neurological conditions. It is an umbrella term for any sexuality related to being neurodivergent, but it can also be used as an identity on its own. Neurosexual is not neurodivergence as a sexuality, but rather is a sexuality or experience of sexuality that is so heavily influenced by one's neurodivergence that one's sexuality and neurodivergence cannot be unlinked.

It is different from autisexual in that it isn't specific to autism; individuals of any neurological condition or mental illness can identify as neurosexual.

The romantic counterpart is called neuroromantic.

Not all neurodiverse people identify as neurosexual, only those whose sexuality is influenced by them being neurodiverse. Neurosexuality is exclusive to neurodiverse people.
