Naturaboy (or Naboy) is a xenogender in which someone feels a connection to nature in a masculine way, or feels a connection to both nature and masculinity, but not a binary masculinity. One feels masculine and/or a connection to manhood, but not in the way a binary man would. Naturaboys feel disconnected from binary manhood and process their masculinity within nature. They may identify with trees, wood, and stones, or anything related to nature. It could be the smell of the forest in the morning, the wet leaves, the trees, etc.
The feminine equivalent is naturagirl.
