Natiogender is a xenogender in which ones gender is effected by a particular ethnic group, nation or state. One who is natiogender would be affected by their own nationality, ethnic group, state, etc. The reason for this is that identifying with another nationality is considered offensive. For example, only an Italian can identify as Italygender, Italyboy, Italygirl, Italyperson, etc.
