Narcgender is a gender for individuals with narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) whose gender is influenced by their NPD and/or can only be understood in the context of having NPD. This label is exclusive to those with NPD. Self-diagnosed individuals are allowed to use it as long as they've done proper research on the disorder.
