Narcgender is a gender for people with narcissistic personality disorder whose gender is influenced by their NPD and/or can only be understood in the context of having NPD. People without NPD can't use this label. Self-diagnosed people are allowed to use it as long as they've done proper research on the disorder.
History
The label and flag were coined by @faetherkitty on Instagram on the 10th of January, 2022. @psychopathicnarc and @svrvivore (also on IG) helped with the flag.
