Minquanogender is a gender where one only feels 1-49% a given binary gender, with the other 51-99% being the other binary gender. It is similar to libragender, except the "other part" of one's gender cannot be agender. Instead it is a paragender. It is like demigender, but one gender (the paragender) is more visible/felt than the other (the minquanogender) and the minquanogender will always be the opposite of the paragender.
