Metelyk-sex, also know as, Butterfly(effect)-sex, Why-sex, or Hell-sex, is a term where someone's sex, usually inter/alter/transsex but not exclusive to them, affects not all, but what might be their; gender, gender expression, sexuality, romantic/sexual/platonic/sensual/etc attraction/orientation, etc.
This might have made the individual get to a point of confusing/questioning/not caring/etc for labels.
Examples:
- An intersex individual who struggles with getting a grasp on whether they lend onto feminine or masculine identities.
- An altersex or transsex individual who has been struggling with their sexual/romantic orientation due to dysphoria.
- Quoisex individual who might feel like the need of finding out their sex might solve their question/frustration on their identities.
History & Etymology
Metelyk-sex was coined on the 22th of July, by a system member, (and FANDOM user;) Musephile.
Metelyk-sex is also called Butterfly(effect)-sex, because "butterfly" translates to "metelyk" in Ukrainian.
Metelyk-sex is also inspired by the butterfly effect theory, on how one little thing, (sex in this case,) can lead to significant results, (such as being confused for gender identities or attraction.)
