Messgender is a gender in which someone has almost no idea of what their gender could be, or keeps finding terms that almost fit, but not quite, causing them to jump from label to label. They can’t tell if their gender is fluid or not, how many genders they have, or if they have a gender at all. They might, however, have a “hint” of gender, and if they do, this gender may be added in place of “gender”, making messfeminine, messmasculine, messneutral, messxenic, etc. This term may also be used as a xenogender to describe individuals who feel like their gender is best represented by a mess.
