Messexual is a sexual orientation in which one can’t find a term which completely describes their attraction, so they instead jump from label to label. They might not know whether they feel attraction to the same gender, the other genders, or if they feel attraction at all. They might, however, know a bit of their attraction, resulting in the terms messace, messgay, messtraight, messbisexual, etc.
History
This term was coined by an anonymous wiki user on December 13, 2020 to describe nir experiences.
Etymology
The word messexual comes from “mess”, to describe the confusion this term describes.
The romantic equivalent to messexual is messromantic.
