Mechagender is a gender in which an individual feels connected to mecha, a science fiction genre that centres on giant robots or machines (mechs) controlled by people. One could feel connected to a certain series or mech, or with mecha in general.

History

Mechagender was coined by Discord user di0shi on 6/20/21. The flag was created by lunaramations 2 days later.
