Mascgirlflux is when one identifies as female, but one's gender fluctuates heavily in intensity between feminine and masculine such that it affects one's presentation.
The term is derived from mascgirl - "masc" for masculine and "girl" for female. Flux refers to the fluctuation of how one feels the intensity of either gender.
The masculine equivalent is femboyflux.
