Mascfem, Mascfemme, Mascufem, Femasc, or Femmasc, refers to someone who is both masculine and feminine or experiences both masculinity and femininity, either in their gender, in the gender presentation, or both.[1] These may be experienced simultaneously or not. For genders it is similar to androgyne. For presentation it is similar to androgynous and futch.
