    Mascfem, mascfemme, mascufem, femasc, or femmasc, refers to someone who is both masculine and feminine or experiences both masculinity and femininity, either in their gender (gender identity), in the presentation (gender expression), or both.[1] These may be experienced simultaneously or not. For genders it is similar to androgyne or lingender. For presentation it is similar to androgynous and futch.
