Müllerian is an alternative to female and DFAB/AFAB and refers to the phenotypic sex traits of a person who has ovaries and was not exposed primarily to testosterone is the womb.[1] This term is best described as what society views as 'common women' or 'most women' however some transmasculine or transine men are wolffian as well as some non-binary or anonbinary people. Müllerian does not also fit all cisgender women, as some cisgender women are intersex.
