Lunariagender is a gender identity for when someone feels a strong connection to the 2020 movie Over the Moon and uses it to further explore their gender identity.

The term and flag were created by FANDOM user Cadencestannevermoor on January 7, 2021.

The blue at the top of the flag represents Chang'e, the light purple the moon, the white Houyi, the mint the Gift, and the pink mooncakes.
