It could be used as a gender on its own, or a co-term. (yanderegirl, yandereboy, yanderenon-binary, etc)

    The term yanderegender used to have no meaning beyond a flag. On October 22nd, 2020, a user going by Angel formed a definition to fit the flag and term. The term was first said on June 19, 2018 by All-Prides-Matter.
