Laytongender is a neurogender in which one feels the Professor Layton video game series effects their gender, due to having the game as a special interest, hyperfixation, having a kintype from the games, or having an overall close connection to the games. It is described as a neurodivergent exclusive gender associated with adventure, puzzles, being polite/kind to others, and archeology.
History
The term was coined by Twitter user @miracIemask with the help of @lastspectxr on September 1, 2020, with a thread that provided the definition of the gender, as well as the flag.[1]
Flag
The flag goes as follows: deep blue represents nostalgia, purple represents puzzles, blue represents being kind to others, yellow represents being outside of the binary, light orange represents adventure, orange represents neurodivergency, brown represents archeology.
