    The Laytongender flag

Laytongender is a neurogender in which someone feels the Professor Layton video game series effects their gender, due to having the game as a special interest, hyperfixation, being kin from the games, or having an overall close connection to the games. It is described as a neurodivergent-exclusive gender associated with adventure, puzzles, being polite/kind to others, and archeology.

    History

The term was coined by Twitter user @miracIemask with the help of @lastspectxr on September 1, 2020, with a thread that provided the definition of the gender, as well as the flag. [1]

    Flag

The flag's meanings are as follows: Deep blue represents nostalgia. Purple represents puzzles. Blue represents being kind to others. Yellow represents being outside of the binary. Light orange represents adventure. Orange represents neurodivergency. Brown represents archeology.
