LGBallTgender or Ballgender was coined by u/Kudorix with a post on r/lgballt, made on March 23rd, 2021. The flag appeared in the same post.
The stripes of the flag do not appear to have a specific meaning, however the sphere in the center is to emulate the designs of characters on r/lgballt.
