    == General Guidelines ==
    Many of these things should not have to be said but to make it absolutely clear these things will not be tolerated here in any capacity:
    Any of the following can result in an indefinite ban, with no opportunity to be unbanned. You will not get a second chance. It doesn't matter if you did it "jokingly" or not.
    # Anything that is racist, sexist, islamophobic, antisemetic, xenophobic, or ableist.
    # Anything that implies that pedophiles, zoophiles, or necrophiles are part of the LGBT+ community.
    # Anything that is homophobic, biphobic, aphobic, transphobic, enbyphobic, intersexist, anti-polyamory, or queerphobic. Spreading TERF, truscum, or other exclusionist ideologies are by definition included in this. Pro-exclusionist pages are not allowed as that is not what this wiki stands for. (Exclusionist users may make posts sharing their opinions, but if, and only if, they do so in an entirely respectful way and in a way that invites civil discussion.)
    # Absolutely no "joke pages". These pages will be treated with the same severity as if it were serious, regardless of your intentions.

    * Any discussion or information on this wiki should be in English only. Pages and discussions cannot be easily or accurately monitored otherwise. Non-English comments and pages will be deleted.
    If you create or edit an article with any of the following it will be deleted or rolled back and you are liable to be banned anywhere from 1 month to indefinitely, depending on how severe the content is and if this is a repeated offence. Commenting anything from this section will be deleted and you may be banned, anywhere from a few days to indefinitely depending on how severe your comment is and how many comments you left.
    * Discussion should relate to the wiki itself or relevant LGBTQIA+ terminology.

    * Do not try to use loop holes. Use common sense and basic respect. Even if there isn't an explicit rule against something act within the spirit of these guidelines.
    # Anything that mocks or disrespects an identity or calls a given identity "not real", "made up", "the reason people hate us" or similar. This especially includes (but is not exclusive to) xenogenders and neurogenders.
    # Anything that says or implies non-binary people cannot or should not use terms like lesbian or gay, cannot use certain pronouns or otherwise polices the language non-binary people can use.
    # Anything that says or implies that pansexual, omnisexual, polysexual, or any other m-spec identity is "biphobic", or is "just bisexual", and therefore a useless label.
    # Anything that says or implies that ''any'' m-spec identity is offensive to or is better than any other m-spec identity.
    # Claiming or creating any "orientation" involves the attraction only to certain genitals or only to a certain AGAB. Or anything that says or implies that you need a certain, specific sexuality to be attracted to trans people or otherwise implies that trans men and women are a separate category outside of men and women.
    # Anything that disrespects gender non-conforming and/or pronoun non-conforming people or says that gender presentation and/or pronouns must align to gender.
    # Anything that mocks or disrespects neopronouns, including it/its pronouns, nounself pronouns, and emojiself pronouns.
    # Anything that says or implies that the word queer cannot or should not be used.
    # Anything that mocks or disrespects questioning people.

    Do not be disruptive to the wiki. This includes, but is not limited to:
    # Vandalism.
    # Repeated remaking a page that has been deleted without consulting moderators to know why it was deleted.
    # "Edit warring"- repeatedly creating/adding/changing content that is unnecessary, unproductive, or goes against the [[LGBTA Wiki:Style Guide|style guide]] or [[LGBTA Wiki:New Page Guidelines|page guidelines]].

    * Anything that implies that paraphilic disorders are part of the LGBT+ community.
    == Interaction Guidelines ==
    * Anything that is racist, sexist, xenophobic, or ableist. And anything that shames addicts, solicits rape culture/sex-shaming, or anything that is against sex workers.
    # Anything that directly insults or threatens another user can result in an ban anywhere from three months to indefinitely, depending on the severity. This includes but is not limited to threats of violence, intentional misgendering, unwanted sexual or romantic advances, or continuing to do something that makes another user uncomfortable when you have been told to stop.
    * Any form of bigotry based on religious and/or spiritual identity, including but not limited to being antisemitic, islamophobic, anti-Sikh, anti-Native spirituality, paganphobia, witchphobia, and other prejudice against religious or spiritual minorities.
    # Discussion of NSFW topics ''is'' allowed as long as it is relevant to the article, a genuine question, or a genuine response to a question and the main purpose is educational. Do not post NSFW text just for the sake of being NSFW. NSFW images are not allowed.
    * Anything that is (intentionally) queerphobic or sexist in any way, shape, or form.
    # No polls like "do you like me" with negative options, and no negative polls in general. These have caused immense drama in the past and will be deleted for the prevention of potential drama. Polls or posts along the lines of "do you like me" or "what do you think of me" are only okay if they're entirely lighthearted and positive, with no negative options.
    * Spreading exclusionist ideologies. This includes, but is not limited to: TERFs, SWERFs, truscum, m-spec exclusionists, a-spec exclusionists, those who are anti m-spec lesbian/gay, anti-male/masc lesbian, anti-female/fem gay, anti-microlabels, or anti-PNC individuals. This also includes anything that is anti-otherkin, anti-alterhuman, anti-vent regression, anti-furries, or against non-traumagenic/non-medical systems.
    # Absolutely no polls or posts asking people to share their opinions on another user- this is a violation of that user’s privacy and could put them at risk
    # No tagging users to call them out- if you are upset with a user, message them privately and if need be, make a post tagging them telling them you messaged privately to let them know, but do NOT carry out drama and interpersonal fighting on the discussions page
    # No posts that are specifically complaining about another user except to report a user to admin- and only a user that is doing things like vandalism, invalidation, and being -phobic and rude
    # Posts that are about drama already going on will be monitored more heavily. If drama has a negative emotional effect on users, they deserve the space to share that, but if it starts to feed into the drama even a little, the post will be removed for the protection of the community from further drama.
    # No passive-aggressive posts or any posts which invite unnecessary drama- this includes calling out a mod/admin (message them privately with your concerns), posts with generally disrespectful and invalidating tones, posts with content along the lines of “block me if you must, I don’t care”, “Don’t read this post”, or similar things.
    # If you want to confront another user privately but are uncomfortable doing so or unsure how to proceed, do not take it to the discussions page. Instead, contact a mod or admin privately to ask for help, and they will assist you in confronting the issue in the best way possible without starting drama.

    Additional, more specific guidelines are as follows. If you create/edit articles or comments with any of the following it will be deleted or rolled back and you are liable to be banned anywhere from 1 month to indefinitely, depending on how severe the content is and if this is a repeated offense.

    * Claiming or creating any "orientation" that involves the attraction only to certain genitals or only to a certain AGAB.
    == Comment Guidelines ==
    * Anything that mocks or disrespects questioning individuals, gender non-conforming and/or pronoun non-conforming individuals, or neopronouns (including it/its pronouns, nounself pronouns, and emojiself pronouns), or any identity/that calls a given identity "not real", "made up", "the reason individuals hate us" or similar (including xenogenders and neurogenders).
    # Based on popular vote, "minorly negative comments" will be deleted. This refers to comments like: ''"What"'' and ''"Bruh..."'' and ''"I..."''.
    # Do not spam in the comments. Spamming is in this context defined making multiple comments that repeat the same statement with little to no variations, or repeat the same sentiment, particularly (but not exclusively) when it is not relevant to the article or productive to the conversation. It doesn't matter ''what'' you are saying. This includes spamming across multiple pages. (This rule will not be retroactively applied, but will be enforced starting November 12, 2020.)
    # Do not ask people to follow you or message you on another social media account in the comments of an article.
    # Do not "advertise" your article in the comments of an unrelated article. Similarly do not "recommend" someone else an identity you made when it is not relevant to what they are asking.
    # Do not condone violence against any group (regardless of the group in question). Comments that condone violence in any way will be deleted.

    Anything that says or implies:
    Guidelines will be continuously added to.
    * That non-binary individuals cannot or should not use terms like lesbian or gay, cannot use certain pronouns, or otherwise polices the language non-binary individuals can use.
    * That ''any'' m-spec/bi-spec identity is offensive to or better than any other m-spec identity (eg: that pansexual, or any other m-spec identity is "biphobic", "just bisexual" and/or a "useless" label).
    * That the word queer cannot or should not be used.
    * That you need a certain, specific sexuality to be attracted to trans individuals or otherwise implies that trans men and women are a separate category outside of men and women.
    * That a given sexuality inherently excludes trans and non-binary individuals.
    * That gender presentation and/or pronouns must align to gender.

This also includes anything that is anti-otherkin, anti-alterhuman, anti-vent regression, anti-furries, or against non-traumagenic/non-medical systems.

    Additional, more specific guidelines are as follows. If you create/edit articles or comments with any of the following it will be deleted or rolled back and you are liable to be banned anywhere from 1 month to indefinitely, depending on how severe the content is and if this is a repeated offense.
