Kinshiftsexual or shiftsexual is an exclusive identity for otherkin individuals who experience a change in sexual attraction when they experience a shift. One who is kinshiftsexual does not lose their previous attraction, they simply gain another attraction on top of it when shifted.

For example, someone who is gay but is binsexual when they kinshift because their kintype is attracted to women.

This term can also be used as a modifier for other types of attraction, such as -romantic, -platonic or -alterous.

This term is similar to kinshiftsexualflux.

History

This term was coined on 7 April, 2021 by Clown Boy.
