Katsogender is a term to describe one’s gender experience. A person who identifies with this term may feel as if they need to identify with a particular temporary gender to “see” their true gender. One’s true gender may seem fuzzy and unclear until one identifies with a specific temporary gender identity. One may feel as if their temporary gender is a magnifying glass or a pair of glasses to be used to see their true gender more clearly.
