Kianogender is a particular type of gender,it's born in the south of Sardinia, a small Island oppressed by the Italian fascist army and govern. A small part of the population of south Sardinia had problems identifing themself on some traditional gender identities, and trying to understand how to live their life, they came up with this specific therm.

It can be considered similar to Aliagender, and a Xenogender, because kinogender doesn't fit in any existing gender schemes or constructs, but they find something in common with everyone because Sardegna is one of the most ancient islands in the world. Its society and culture are the results of an extreme inclusive mentality, and there is proof of that since the bronze age, when all the civilizations from Mediterranean seas came to Sardegna were shown religion, knowledge, and a more eco-friendly and pacifist way to live. This is not an exclusive gender, anyone can feel to be a kianogender, usually, oppressed, people who don't fit social norms, rebellious people who fight for for social justice and use Nuraghe magic to heal others and invoke ancient spirits.

Attraction does not matter with this gender because they are all Kiano, there's no love, and all the love possible, Kiano is the first energy in the world, it's Atlantis and ancient Egypt, it's the Shardanas and the Fenicians people, it's the very essence of magic, human and non-human entities.

Kiano gender can't be easily described, it's something ethereal, they share a strong connection with cats, use a large amount of alcohol and narcotics, and feel connected with anyone who suffers from colonization and white supremacy. Someone can misunderstand kianogender for Aesthetigenders or Kingender or maybe Aitherogender, but it's something different, it's an experience of conscience share by people who feel connected by a bond stronger than human capabilities.
