Irasonussexual is a sexual orientation on the asexual spectrum that is related to or affected by ones misophonia.

History

This term was coined by !! K1TT7 C0LL3CTOR !!#6906 (previously known as koi kai#6906) on the LGBTQIA+/MOGAI discord server on October 11th, 2021.

Flag

The irasonussexual flag was made on the same day. The dark blue symbolizes the fear part of misophonia. The light blue is related to sound in general. Blue is related to sounds that are okay to hear. Red-Pink symbolizes anger. Purple symbolizes sexual attraction, or the lack of it. Gray is related to sounds that are not okay to hear. Light gray is related to loud sounds. Black is related to outbursts of anger, and the symbol in the center relates to misophonia as a whole.

Entomology

Irasonus comes from the latin word ira, for anger and the latin word sonus, for sound.
