The term intimaship was coined by user Amnisty on December 16th, 2020. It was inspired as they were browsing through relationship types, and noticed there wasnt one for a purely sexual bond. |

The tan background represents intimate relations, the rainbow represents the scope of sexualities that exist, the design represents sexual acts and sexual touch between partners, and the pale and brown represents all races within the community, as POC are often overlooked. |
