To be an interboy, one does ''not'' to have been [[AMAB|assigned male at birth]] or be biologically [[CTM|close to male]]. Instead, they simply have to identify as a [[man]] in some shape or form, regardless of whether or not they have biological male characteristics.
If someone identifyng as interboy has biological male traits, they may also identify as [[cisgender]], however they do not have to if they feel cis does not match their experiences.
They may or may not be [[Genderfluid|fluid]] or [[Genderflux|fluctuate]] between woman-related identities, or (more specifically) intersex-related woman identities.
