An Inclusionist, or Inclus, is any person who is inclusive to all identities within the LGBTQIA+ community. This includes xenogenders, neopronouns, a-specs, m-specs, and any other identity. Inclusionists know the difference between valid, good-faith terminology and troll terminology that has not been reclaimed. Inclusionists work together to make the community a safer place to live and be in.

The four stripe flag was created by Reddit user u/SilentFoxProductions on July 2, 2021. The light pink stripe represents semi-feminine orientations. The dark pink stripe represents fully feminine orientations. The heart in the middle represents all gender non-conforming orientations. The dark blue stripe represents fully masculine orientations. The light blue stripe represents semi-masculine orientations.

The inclusionist symbol was designed by wiki user Wemrotung on July 17, 2021. The symbol is a flower formed with heart petals and a star in the center. It represents growth, progress, open-mindedness, and community. The symbol can be added to any LGBTQIA+ flag to signify inclusivity.
