An Inclusionist, or Inclus, is any individual who is inclusive to all identities within the LGBTQIA+ community. This includes xenogenders, neopronouns, a-specs, m-specs, and any other identity. Inclusionists know the difference between valid, good-faith terminology and troll terminology that has not been reclaimed. Inclusionists work together to make the community a safer place to live and be in.

Flags

The four stripe flag was created by Reddit user u/SilentFoxProductions on July 2, 2021. The light pink stripe represents semi-feminine orientations. The dark pink stripe represents fully feminine orientations. The heart in the middle represents all gender non-conforming orientations. The dark blue stripe represents fully masculine orientations. The light blue stripe represents semi-masculine orientations.

The inclusionist symbol was designed by an anonymous wiki user on July 17, 2021. The symbol is a flower formed with heart petals and a star in the center. It represents growth, progress, open-mindedness, and community. The symbol can be added to any LGBTQIA+ flag to signify inclusivity.

The star heart flower inclusionist flags were created by an anonymous wiki user on July 17, 2021. The flags all have the same meaning: Purple represents xenogenders, xenic identities, xeninity, queerness, variorientation, m-spec identities, and non-conformity. Blue represents tertiary attraction, fluidity, fluctuations, tranquility, and freedom. Yellow represents non-binary identities and intersex individuals. Orange represents microlabels, pocket identities, individuality, and diversity. Red represents love, energy, compassion, strength, and ethical non-monogamy. Black and grey represent identities on the asexual, aromantic, and agender spectrums. It also represents ambiguity, mystery, questioning, and identities that have yet to be discovered. White represents inclusivity, unity, and solidarity.

An anti-exclusionist flag, named the Lammergeier flag, was created by Reddit/FANDOM user Grinalbi. It was originally made as a reaction to exclusionist flags and rhetoric around the time the E.C.L.I.P.S.E. community on Twitter created their flags.^[1] The flag posted to the r/QueerVexillology subreddit, August 17th, 2020,^[2] but it a few weeks older than the post date, with the project file being created/finished July 24th, 2020.^[3]

The colors of the Lammergeier flag and their meanings are as follows:

Black/"woodsmoke" (#0D0D0D) - Combination of all the colors of the rainbow spectrum, symbolizing unity, inclusion, and variety.
Red/"crimson red" (#9E0D00) - Wrath against those who seek to divide and abuse us, whether they are exclusionists, TERFs, queerphobes, or the like.
Dark orange/"brick orange" (#BF4A06) - Warmth, love, passion, and solidarity towards our fellow queer siblings.
Light orange/"faded orange" ( #F29441) - The freedom and right to exist as your true self, even when faced with adversity and strife.
Yellow/"sand" (#F2C777) - The community as a whole shining bright like the sun.
