    Heteromantic, or heteroromantic, is someone who feels romantic attraction to people of the "opposite gender" or being romantically attracted to genders unlike their own. It's considered the opposite of homoromantic, which is the romantic attraction to people of the same gender. Heteromantic is not to be confused with Straight or Heteroplatonic, although there are heteroromantic people who are also heterosexual or heteroplatonic.
