Hategender is a neurogender when one's gender can only be described through emotions of anger and hatred. This does not mean one hates their gender, this means that one has a mental disability causing anger and hatred and therefore their gender can only be understood through those emotions. It is important to recognize that not all people with mental disabilities causing emotions such as anger and hate are hategender. People who identify as hategender feel their gender is influenced by these emotions.
