Gonadal Euphoria is the opposite of gonadal sofrimento and is the comfort or joy experienced when one imagines themself with their preffered gonads (testicles, ovaries, or ovotestes) or lack thereof. Gonadal euphoria is a sign that someone is transgender, transsex, or altersex even if they don't experience gonadal sofrimento. For example, someone may not feel dysphoria/dysmorphia when having their original gonads, however they may feel gonadal euphoria when imagining their preferred gonads.

- Someone with sexual or reproductive-related trauma who feels happy or more comfortable with the idea of different gonadals.
- An altersex or transsex cisgender person who feels more comfortable or happy with the idea of different gonadals.
- A trans-woman who feels more comfortable or happy with the idea of ovaries.
- A trans-man who feels more comfortable or happy with the idea of testicles.
- A non-binary or anonbinary person who feels more comfortable or happy with the idea of a different set of gonads.
