Gendersea is a xenogender similar to gendervoid, but related to the ocean. This gender is a vast sea of caverns and depths waiting to be discovered by the user. The term is free for everyone to use, but was made with otherkin related to the ocean or sea creatures in mind.

The flag was designed by tumblr user pride-color-schemes[1] on July 31, 2016. The color meanings, as expressed by the designer, are "Ocean, water, fwoosh!"
