Genderprox is a gender that is very near a given gender, but not strictly so. A genderprox individual identifies with certain aspects of a given gender, but not all aspects.It could be thought about as the given gender is in proximity of the gender, or certain aspects are in proximity of a given gender, for example, a genderprox individual may view what triggers gender euphoria is close to being Masculine and so may identify with being Mascprox
Examples of genderprox identities are femprox and mascprox.
History
Genderprox was coined by Gent from Tumblr blog gender-resource, July 8th, 2020, in a response to a question by an anonymous user.[1]
