Genderghost is defined as when one's gender is best described as "ghost". It can when one's gender is ghostly, dead, or something similar. One's gender may also be related to or affected by one being ghostkin. One's gender may also be aesthetically related to ghosts, or one's gender can otherwise just be described as "ghost".
