    The GLOW pride flag.

GLOW is a term that stands for Gay, Lesbian, Or Whatever. It is a proposed acronym as an alternative to LGBT+, created with the intention of being shorter and not having to add additional letters. The term is not widely used and is generally disliked as it is more exclusive that the acronym it was trying to replace, as only places emphasis of gay and lesbian people and lumps all other identities under "whatever".
