Futchbian, is a subset of lesbian in which a lesbian futch individual has a preference for futches. It might be that an individual is attracted to non-binary/feminine aligned individuals that embrace androgyny, whilst also having a androgynous presentation. Futchbian can be used as an identity for what was the undefined phenomenon of 'futch-for-futch'.
The masculine equivalent of futchbian is butchbian. The feminine equivalent is fembian.
History
The term was heavily inspired by both futch and lesbian, and had been coined on October 31st, 2021 (by somemaniac). It's purpose was to not exclude lesbians of other presentations but to help other lesbians further express their identity. Futchbian and lesbian can be used spontaneously, similar to how a-spec identities can be used with other orientations.
