Fluogyne is an identity which is essentially a more 'flux' version of androgyne. The gender identity highlights the fluidity between leaning towards male and female, and can be seen as an identity more specific to 'binary' and 'flux' multigender experiences. Fluogyne differs from binaryfluid as a person would always be both male and female, however swaying between which gender is felt more heavily, as if on a rocking boat.

It is similar to gendersaros, but gendersaros may refer to multiple different experiences, whereas fluogne indicates a particular experience, making it a more specific term.
