It describes primarily presentation/expression rather than gender identity, so one is romantically attracted to masculinity and androgyny regardless of the person’s actual gender. A flixaromantic person is not romantically attracted to people who present femininity, regardless of their actual gender. It can be considered a combination of minromantic and linromantic.
