Fleto and Fleta are Chilean slurs tipically used to described those of homosexual orientations [1], even though it's also been used against transgender, gender non-conforming, and multisexual people, regardless of their actual identity.
This slur, despite its offensive nature, has been reclaimed by some queer individuals in an effort to take away its power. However, it's not meant to be used towards anyone who hasn't consented to it personally.
