Filiagender or Filiagenus is a subset under the filigender umbrella. An individual using this label is connected to feminine genders.

    Subsets

    Demicisfilia

This individual identifies with the label demicisgender. They can use the label AFAB demigirl demifilia.

    Demifilia

This individual can be identifying as AFAB ciswoman, transfeminine or transwoman. The gender is partially, but not fully, a girl/woman. They may or may not identify as another gender in addition to being partially a woman. The other part of the individual's gender can be any gender or combination of genders, including a lack of gender. (cf. demigirl)

    Etymology

Christians are called children of God:

    • Filia (lat.) = daughter [1] [2]

Connected to feminine genders, the gender experience is female or feminine-aligned for an individual using -filia-.

    History

This gender label was coined on July 13th, 2022 by carrd and lgbtqia.wiki user Nel44. It is supposed to help those Christians who struggle a lot with accepting their gender. It is also a message, that it is possible to have a different gender than one's cisgender. One can be Christian and having a unique gender identity.[3]
