Fictivegender is a neurogender or xenogender under the introgender umbrella exclusive for people of systems. This term is for when someone is in a system that has one or more fictives/fictional introjects, and the presence of the fictive/fictives effects how the person perceives their gender. This term can also also go hand-in-hand with systemfluid or any other system-exclusive gender.

    History

The term was coined on June 7th, 2018 by tumblr user Freddyisace, and was recoined by Fandom user Syscoric on March 9th, 2021.

    Flag

The flag was made by Syscoric in February of 2021. The grey stripes represent the foggy memory associated with dissociation, the orange to represent mental illness, and the faded blue to represent the seemingly calm state someone is in while in a dissociative state. This flag isn't available.
