Fantasexual is a sexual attraction to individuals one fantasizes about, or satisfaction from sexual fantasies. The individuals in the fantasies can be either fictional characters or real individuals.

Fantaromantic
Fantaromantic is the -romantic counterpart to fantasexual; it is a romantic attraction to individuals one fantasizes about, or a satisfaction from romantic fantasies. The individuals in the fantasies can be either fictional characters or real individuals.
- The initial fantasies may start as other attractions such as platonic or sexual attraction.
- It can also be used by individuals whose romantic orientation is in some way connected to this fantasies.
- It may have ties with fictoromantic or the aro-spec aegoromantic.

Fantaromantic was first used in 2017 or earlier with no initial date known, along with no details of the coiner.
