FPapothispike (or FPspike) refers to individuals with borderline personality disorder (BPD) who usually experience no attraction at all, ever, to anyone of any gender, except for their FP (favorite person) when and if they get one/if they have one.

It is a more specific and BPD-centered label for arospike and/or acespike individuals who don't experience any kind of attraction, the attraction is nowhere to be seen, non-existent, but the moment their FP comes around or is in sight is when the (usually non-existent) attraction spikes up out of nowhere. This individual may have any aro-spec or ace-spec orientation that "spikes" and it does not have to be apothiromantic/sexual. this may be a result of "out of sight, out of mind" or it may be like your FP has taken all of your attraction with them when they leave, causing the feeling of being attractionless.
