Extratonigender is a musicagender that has several meanings. It could be when ones gender feels extremely aggressive, violent, or fast in some way. It may be so fast that the entire gender feels like an incomprehensible blur, or when one's gender is connected to the extratone music subgenre. A similar term is Hardcoregender.
