An exclusionist or REG (Reactionary Exclusionist Gatekeeper) is someone who attempts to gate-keep the LGBT community, by claiming that certain groups aren't "really" LGBT based on their own definition. The term includes TERFs, a-spec exclusionists, truscum, biphobes, and enbyphobes.
