Endermasc is a xenogender related to the Eye of Ender from the game Minecraft and describes a masculine identity that leads in a certain direction but seems to break off at a certain point.
History
The original date of this term being coined is unknown but it seemed to originate in a Xenogender creator group chat on Twitter. Then, the official wiki article was made on 5/2/21 by FANDOM user BlZZARETOWN who also originally made this term.
On the 9th of June, 2023, the creator of the term, Benreyism , reposted the term along with a new meaning and flag for this term.
Old Flag meaning
The Endermasc flag is color picked from an eye of ender but also has meanings for each stripe.
1B3941 (First stripe) - Represents gender changing in directions.
4A8294 (Second stripe) - Represents gender fluidity
D3E6E0 (Third stripe) - Represents masculinity
84C655 (Fourth stripe) - Represents gender "disappearing" in a sense
