Efthogender refers to a person whose gender is fluid and/or fluctuating quickly between various genders, with changes being triggered by almost any slight change in their environment. Efthogender people have a primary gender which tends to be a consistent element or a gender that the others revolve around. One may only experience genders that are similar to or related to this primary gender. This can be any gender including male, female, and any non-binary gender(s).

Etymology

The word Efthogender comes from the Greek εύθραυστο (éfthrafsto), which translates to fragile or fragility. In a literal sense it means fragile gender, referring to the changing nature of their gender.
