Dysphorsexual is an identity on the asexual spectrum where one feels sexual attraction, but doesn’t want to participate in a sexual relationship due to dysphoria or mental health issues. When one transitions, one may feel like participating in a sexual relationship, but until then, one doesn’t want to participate.
A dysphorsexual person might also feel like no one would want to be with them, so one may also feel depressed. Some people might not want someone to feel attraction to them because their dysphoria is so bad.
The term dysphorsexual was created by Fandom user Thepartyboy607 on November 2, 2020.
Similar terms include acorsexual and lithosexual.
