Dysphori-jump (also known as dysphoria-jump) is a term for individuals that usually experience none or low amounts of dysphoria, but can occasionally experience sudden spikes of dysphoria for a short amount of time before returning to one's normal amount of dysphoria.[2]
It can be viewed as the opposite of dysphorispike.

Dysphori-jump was coined by Reddit user cherrybiirb on March 21st, 2022.
