Duosex is an internal sense of gender of being both male and female.
The only requirements to be duosex are to feel both male and female and to have gender dysphoria about not being perceived or not having the body of both binary sexes. Duosex is similar to Bigender, but duosex is a connection to male and female, while bigender is a connection to any two genders and duosex is a term only for dysphoric non-binary people.

Duosex was originally proposed on r/truNB on Reddit some time around July 15. 2021.[1]
